These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and panda95.cam ("panda95", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available through the panda95 platform, accessible atpanda95.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on this platform — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

panda95 operates under an international gaming licence. This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is made available exclusively to players aged 21 years and above who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in their respective jurisdictions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the panda95 website accessible at panda95.cam, including all associated games, betting markets, features, tools, and services.
• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player to access the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, deposit match, or incentive offered by panda95 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before associated winings may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their Account using an approved payment method, excluding Bonus credits.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by panda95 before processing withdrawals or when otherwise deemed necessary.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, in which panda95 does not accept registrations.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on panda95, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. panda95 does not accept registrations from persons under the age of 21, and takes active steps to detect and prevent underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of placing bets or accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of panda95, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold another Account on the Platform, whether active, suspended, closed, or otherwise.

Each Player may hold onlyone Account on panda95 at any given time. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details, allow third parties to access your Account, or access accounts belonging to other players.

panda95 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent, dated within 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing the payment method used for deposits);
• Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance procedures.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• All gambling activities on the Platform involve an element of financial risk, and you participate at your own discretion;
• panda95 does not guarantee any winings and is not liable for any gambling losses you incur;
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is compliant with the laws of your jurisdiction;
• panda95 may impose access restrictions, deposit limits, or additional verification requirements at its sole discretion for compliance or security reasons;
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access the Platform or manipulate any game outcomes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While panda95 endeavours to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

panda95 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at panda95's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion;
• Withdrawal processing time: Most MYR withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are processed within 5 minutes of approval. Crypto withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times;
• Currency: All Account balances are maintained in MYR unless a Player operates a crypto sub-wallet;
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our payments team;
• Pending KYC: panda95 may place withdrawals on hold pending completion of identity verification at any time;
• Wagering requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before Real Money Balance in excess of the deposit amount may be withdrawn.

panda95 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals in MYR. Third-party fees imposed by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the Player. Crypto transactions may be subject to network fees.

panda95 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and other time-limited promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are specified per promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address;
• panda95 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonus credits may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk, mathematically advantageous betting strategies ("bonus abuse") may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not wagered within the specified validity window will be removed from the Account automatically.

The panda95 platform offers a library of games and betting markets including live dealer tables, video slots, crash games, fishing games, poker, and sports betting covering events such as Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League matches, UFC bouts, and a range of other international markets.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on panda95:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing/spinning conducted in a licensed studio environment;
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;
• Sports betting odds are updated in real time. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the confirmed odds for that bet, subject to the Platform's error-correction rights (see below);
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, misposted lines, or system errors — panda95 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface;
• panda95 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of related bets at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panda95 platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, including using different names, addresses, or payment methods to circumvent this restriction;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal or identity information during registration or at any stage of the KYC process;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity related to the proceeds of crime;
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other system designed to gain an advantage over the house or other Players;
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs to generate winings that would not otherwise have been achievable;
• Engaging in chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or any form of payment fraud in connection with deposits or withdrawals;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Sharing your Account credentials with or allowing third parties to access your Account.

panda95 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following self-management tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Period: Request a voluntary break from gambling for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a longer-term or indefinite self-exclusion. Self-exclusions are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed within the elected period.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from panda95.

Game content, including game titles, graphics, audio, and mechanics, is owned by and licensed from the respective game studios and providers. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, panda95 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Gambling losses incurred during use of the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays, or technical failures affecting access to the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Any reliance on information, content, or materials published on the Platform;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.

In all cases where panda95 is found liable to a Player, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

panda95 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations requiring account closure;
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable period. Where closure is due to a Player's breach of these Terms, panda95 reserves the right to withold funds pending investigation.

panda95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will display an updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which panda95 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
